“President of the Board of Directors of Football Club (FK) ‘Radnik’ from Bijeljina, Nedeljko Ćorić, congratulated the footballers on securing the autumn title of Republika Srpska without a single defeat and emphasized that this significant success is the result of serious and dedicated work.
‘We have the right team, the right coach, and most importantly, the right atmosphere in and around the club that drives us all to give 100% of our capabilities to delight the fans and bring the title of Republika Srpska Champion to Bijeljina,’ emphasized Ćorić.
He announced FK ‘Radnik’s ambition to return to the Premier League, stating that given the club’s tradition and magnitude, that’s where the club belongs.
‘We used the first season for the financial consolidation of the club. In the second, we earnestly started pursuing our outlined sporting goals, aware that without a solid foundation, there’s no long-term success. We won’t allow the ambition of entering the Premier League to disturb equally important goals for the optimization of the club’s facilities and the continuation of investment in the youth academy,’ noted Ćorić.
According to him, the only correct goal is to create conditions where the talent-rich region can annually produce several young players for FK ‘Radnik’s first team, comprising mainly local talents from Bijeljina and the surrounding area.
‘Only through long-term planning can ‘Radnik’ become a serious European club and become our favorite gathering place for our children and us, for whom football is in our hearts, regardless of who manages it,’ stressed Ćorić.
He mentioned that during the upcoming break, FK ‘Radnik’ plans to strengthen the existing team and bring back one of the domestic footballers to the club.”
