“Jahorina is ready for the first skiers. The final preparations are underway for the start of the winter tourist season. The Olympic Center on the mountain announces many new trails and facilities. Jahorina under the snowy cover is a sight signaling a good winter season ahead. The Olympic Center worked diligently to ensure everything is ready for the first skiers. Currently, there are over 50 kilometers of trails on Jahorina.
The Olympic Center announces numerous promotional periods during the entire season when ski passes will be sold at reduced prices. Many international guests have planned visits to the mountain.
Simultaneously, the Igrišta Ski Center in Vlasenica is under construction. Starting this season, the Olympic Center also provides accommodation services on Jahorina. The highest demand is already for the period from mid-January to early February.
A Ski Opening and a concert by Zdravko Čolić are scheduled for December 8th. Tickets are already sold out.
Next year, Jahorina marks 40 years since the Winter Olympics. Plans include opening a museum dedicated to the rich heritage from that era.”
